Locked at allocation: When codes are allocated to your account (sign-up, upgrade, top-up), they become owned by you immediately.
Only your account can scan/view contents for those codes. Others will see Access denied.
During Store flow you’ll be prompted to Scan to assign a NEW CODE.
Or go Scan → Assign Code, select Location/Room/Box, Scan Code → Assign.
QR codes tab → toggle Assigned/Unassigned, Select codes → Download codes (code sheet will be emailed to you)
Buy one-off 5/10/15/25 code packs from QR codes → Buy More Codes (no plan change).
Only QR codes can be topped up; Location/Room/Box/Item limits follow your plan.
Download and print as stickers or labels (see “Print & place QR labels”).
Keep codes visible on the box lid or front, not on the bottom or inside.
Access denied: Code is not owned by your account. Use one of your codes.
Camera won’t open: Check browser camera permission.
Didn’t receive welcome codes: Resend from QR codes page. (Let us know by reporting a bug)
Code won’t scan: Clean lens/label; ensure good light; reprint if damaged.
