How do I troubleshoot common problems?

  • Camera won’t open / black screen: Check browser/app camera permissions; close other camera apps.

  • Access denied after scanning: The QR isn’t owned by your account; use one of your codes.

  • Didn’t receive QR code email: Check Spam; resend from QR codes page.

  • Hit a limit: Upgrade plan (or buy QR top-ups for codes only).

  • Scan fails: Improve lighting, steady phone, clean label; reprint if damaged.

  • New add not showing up? Refresh your browser to reload the page. (Please let us know if you experience this bug)

    If any of the above fixes do not solve the issue, kindly submit a support ticket so that we can investigate.
