How does Billing, invoices and VAT receipts work? (Paystack)

  • After you upgrade/subscribe, Paystack emails a receipt to your billing email.

  • Need a VAT/tax invoice or a different billing email? Email support@boxclvr.co.za with: account email, company name, VAT number, billing address, plan, and payment date.

  • View/change plans in Profile → Plan or via QR codes → View Full Plans.
