How do I create a BoxClvr account and choose a plan?

What you’ll need

  • A valid email address and browser (mobile recommended)


1) Sign up

  1. Go to app.boxclvr.co.za/signup.

  2. Enter Username, Email, Password, Confirm Password.

  3. Accept Privacy Policy and Terms.

  4. Sign Up → you land on Choose Your Plan.


2) Choose a plan

  • Pick Monthly or Annual (annual shows savings).

  • Select Starter / Essential / Plus / Premium.

    • Paid plans open Paystack to complete payment.

    • Starter (Free) activates immediately.


3) Your QR codes (allocated to you)

  • When your plan activates, a welcome email sends a PDF sheet with your included QR codes.

  • These codes are locked to your account at allocation. Only you can use them to view box contents.

  • Didn’t receive it? Use QR codes → select → Download/Email to re-send.


4) Quick next step

  • Go to Dashboard → Store to create your first Location, Room, Box, and Item in one flow.

  • If the box has no code yet, you’ll be prompted to scan & assign; or assign later via Scan → Assign Code.
