Yes, you can. So long as your current usage of locations, rooms, boxes, items, item images or codes is below the limit of the plan you wish to downgrade to, you are able to downgrade at any time. However, if are currently exceeding the limits of your new plan, you will need to decrease your usage before becoming eligible to downgrade.
For Example:
If you are currently on the premium plan with a box limit of 100 and wish to downgrade to the plus plan with a box limit of 50, you are free to downgrade, provided that your current box usage is 50 or less. If you have created more than 50 boxes, you will need to delete some of your boxes until your usage is below 50. The same requirement applies to all resources with a limit tied to your price plan.
